Bid Information:

The Malvern Housing Authority in Malvern, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Window and Security Door Replacement at Babcock, Lockman, and Bailey Place, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the office of the PHA located at 100 Gloster Street, Malvern, AR 72104, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room above. There is no cost associated with viewing an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. If you would like download a set or purchase a physical copy then they can be paid for directly through the website.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Prebid Conference at the MHA Office will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.

One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.
