City of Madison City Center Water, Sewer, and Drainage Improvements: Hoy Road Water Well

Bid Information:

Competitive sealed Bids for the CITY CENTER WATER, SEWER, AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS: HOY ROAD WATER WELL together with all appurtenances, will be received by the City of Madison, at City Hall, located at 1004 Madison Avenue, Madison, MS 39110 or electronically at www.centralbidding.com until 9:00 o’clock A.M., local time, on the 20th day of December, 2024; and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed herein.

Bids shall be submitted, sealed and deposited at the City of Madison, office of the City Clerk, or shall be submitted at www.centralbidding.com prior to the hour and date above designated. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of his Bid, payable to City of Madison as bid security. Bidders shall also submit a current financial statement if requested by the City.
