Bid Information:
Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for construction of a park trail located at the Old Forest State Natural Area, before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 5th day of May, 2025. Bids will be received at electronically via A2H, Inc. Planroom and between 1:00-2:00 PM the day of the Bid Opening.
Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the A2H Planroom at www.a2hplanroom.com. Electronic files may be downloaded free of charge. Hard copy sets of plans and specifications will also be available for purchase on the planroom at the contractor's expense.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met and non-refundable plan deposit is received prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of APRIL, 2025 on-site at the project location.
