Sealed bids for New Windows and Screen Doors at Development TN052-002 Drew Court & Screen Doors at Development TN052-003 Green Oaks, will be received by The Huntingdon Housing Authority, 433 Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, TN 38344 until Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Scope of Work includes Vinyl Replacement Windows with Security Screens for fifty (50) apartments and New Front and Rear Screen Doors for ninety-four (94) apartments, all located in Huntingdon, TN.
Plans may be viewed, downloaded, and physical copies ordered at the Memphis Reprographics’ Web Site Plan Room at www.mrplanroom.com.
One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811, for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them.
Pre-Bid Conference and Walk Through
A Pre-bid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the Housing Authority’s Office, 433 Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, TN. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner and Owner’s Representative at the job site. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Pre-bid Conference.
