Bid Information:

The Housing Authority of the City of England, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Kitchen Renovation until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 30 Perry Drive, England, Arkansas 72046, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.

Pre-Bid Information:

At 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 4, 2024, a Pre-bid Conference will be held at 30 Perry Drive, in England, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a site visit of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.
