Livingston Fuel Farm Relocation

Bid Information:

Separate sealed BIDS for the Fuel Farm Relocation project will be received by the City of Livingston (OWNER), until 11:00 A.M. local time, Thursday, October 30, 2024, at City Hall, 301 McHenry Cr., Livingston, TN 38570. BIDS will then be publicly opened and read aloud. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Scope of work, contract time, and liquidated damages are as follows: Relocate existing fuel farm; construct concrete refueling apron. The project shall be 45 calendar days, liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Livingston Municipal Airport. Attendance at this conference by the prime contractor is mandatory in order to be eligible to submit a bid.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents including addenda, if any are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
