Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 354, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 PM September 25, 2024, for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following:

FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF: Playground Rubber Surfacing Project – Phase 2
Pre-Bid Information:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Memphis Parks Administration Building, 2599 Avery Avenue, Memphis TN 38112, second floor conference room on September 10, 2024 at 11:30 am.. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby required to attend this meeting. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will disqualify any potential bids from being opened and any submitted bids will be returned unopened to the submitter of the bid.
One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings and specifications in electronic or paper format may be obtained from Memphis Reprograhics (901-590-4862) for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them.
