Separate sealed bids for FY 2022 CDBG-CV -Pumpkin Patch Childcare Center will be received by its Mayor, The Honorable Steve Carr at the Obion County, TN, Obion County, TN, 316 S. Third Street, Union City, TN 38261 until 2:00 PM local time on August 8, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.

A Non-Mandatory Walkthrough will be held at Pumpkin Patch Childcare Center, 1811 Old Troy Rd, Union City, TN 38261 between 10:00am to 2:00pm local time on July 30, 2024.
