Paces Mill Unit - CRNRA Phase I Improvements

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Paces Mill Unit – CRNRA Phase I Improvements will be received at the office of the Cumberland Community Improvement District (CCID), 1100 Circle 75 Parkway SE, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30339, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on August 29, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for July 30, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. local time via Microsoft Teams meeting, Meeting ID: 286 078 350 469, Passcode: YBvPiY. Bidder attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
