Adventure Acres Park Improvements

Bid Information:

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of Adventure Acres Park will be received at the office of Joe Legge, Walker County Government, 101 S Duke St., Lafayette, GA 30728 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on August 30, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for July 23, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. local time, at the project site located at 370 Salem Road, Rossville, GA 3074. Bidder attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by the Barge Design Solutions, Inc.’s Planroom (https://bidding.bargedesign.com/) To purchase a hard copy set or download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents including addenda, if any are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No part of the purchase will be refunded.
