FY 2023 LPRF WESTOVER PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Bid Information:

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of The Honorable Robbie McCready, Mayor, located at Henderson County Courthouse - Courtroom, 17 Monroe St., Lexington, TN 38351, until August 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at the A2H Planroom to ensure that eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list will not be opened.

Pre-Bid Information:

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on July 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Henderson County Courthouse – Courtroom, 17 Monroe Street, Lexington, TN 38351. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
