Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Philadelphia Utilities located at 435 Myrtle Street, Philadelphia, MS, until Thursday, July 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Drawings are included in the project manual.
