Bid Information:

Reference Bid Advertisement. Bid Date for all plan holders that attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be changed from Thursday, June 27th at 2 pm to Tuesday, July 2nd at 2 pm (same location). This applies to any other references in the project manual.

An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened.

Pre-Bid Information:

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM at 1397 Munford Ave., Munford, TN 38058. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
